The BenderStik, to be plain and simple, is a training aid that is meant to provide feedback during your swing.  You simply set it up to swing under, over or in between and if you HIT the BenderStik, you are now your own coach!  Congratulations!  

The BenderStik is extremely flexible when it is accidentally hit by your golf club, however, sturdy enough to stay in place as you see in the photos provided!
